7/24/2019 0 Comments Ode to MuladharaThe chakras are a key element in my teachings and practice. I often teach a Chakra Balancing Meditation using visualization and sound, an essential practice for feeling grounded, connected, and more easily able to go with the flow. We all have our "wounded chakras", areas in our body we often have disease, illness or a chronic pain. It's incredibly useful to know which chakras get out of balance for you so you know what practices work and help you. For me it's my root chakra, or muladhara in Sanskrit, so I have to work extra hard to stay grounded. Here is my "Ode to Muladhara":
