ALL LEVELS SERIES
​Hatha yoga style of practice suitable for all levels. Thursday class followed by our trade market where you can purchase or trade for raw milk, local fruits and veggies, baked goods, plants, etc. 
YIN YOGA + MEDITATION
​A slower, deeper practice of longer holds in seated positions to encourage parasympathetic nervous system response (reducing stress and anxiety). With 10/15-minute guided meditation.
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED ​A vigorous practice including dynamic sequencing to warm up and strengthen the body, options for arm balances and inversions. Not recommended for a first time yoga practice.  
PRIVATE CLASSES
​A blend of Energy Medicine, Reiki and Yoga,adapted to your needs and interests. Minimum session is one hour and payment is on a sliding scale. Contact me to learn more and schedule a time.
